
Kenny Aronoff, born March 7, 1953 in Albany, New York, is an American drummer best known for playing with numerous artists, including John Mellencamp, Belinda Carlisle, Chickenfoot, Cinderella, Elton John, John Fogerty, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Meat Loaf, The BoDeans, Gregg Alexander, The Smashing Pumpkins, Tony Iommi, Jon Bon Jovi, Vasco Rossi, Bob Seger, Stryper, Pink, Johnny Cash, Dave Grohl, Bob Dylan and Rod Stewart.
Aronoff is one of the world's most influential and in-demand drummers. He has been named the #1 Pop/Rock Drummer and the #1 Studio Drummer for five consecutive years by the readers of Modern Drum Magazine, and played on more than thirty Grammy-nominated recordings.
