John "Sib" Hashian, a former member of the multi-platinum selling band, BOSTON, Sib played on the first three BOSTON albums, Boston, Don’t Look Back and Third Stage which produced three top 20 hits with "Amanda" reaching #1 on the Billboard charts. At the time of the band's first album release, Boston was the fastest selling debut album of all time.
Sib Hashian continues to be a "driving force" behind the drums with Ernie and the Automatics, which you can hear on their debut CD, Low Expectations.
I am saddened to report that Sib Hashain died suddenly on March 22, 2017 during the middle of a set while performing on the Legends of Rock Cruise; he was 67.
