Carmine Appice

Carmine Appice, born on December 15, 1946 in Brooklyn, New York, is an Italian-American rock drummer, best known for his work with Vanilla Fudge, Cactus, the power trio, Beck, Bogert & Appice, Rod Stewart and Blue Murder.

Carmine is the older brother (by 12 years) of drummer, Vinny Appice.

Over the years, Carmine and Vinnie have performed in concert together with a full band, calling it Drum Wars, in which the two brothers play the hits that made them famous ... followed by the ultimate drum battle.
