Have an interesting look. Anyone ever actually hear them though?

No I haven't heard them, but that one guy looks like Mr. A. with a dew rag. From the discription given, they should be quite interesting. Wouldn't mind tracking them down and giving them a try.

i like their lugs quite a bit.

Last year there was a review in MD on Monolith drums (Odissey) and they were really surprised with the sound, the build and the price...

Unfortunately last year I missed a promo from them on a 5 pieces odissey (all maple) with hardware for 899 $ cdn. amazing price nonetheless  :)

RouteThreeBlues

That is a good price! Still though, it's hard to believe no one here has heard them played!! LOL

Jim Weese

Gary McCracken from Max Webster and Jerry Mercer in April Wine both used Monolith (Milestone at that time). 2 good examples of how they sound are Roller and 21st Century Schizoid Man, both April Wine recordings, but you get to hear the sound of the drums really well on these tunes

Bart Elliott

Unfortunately, however, Monolith Drums is no more.
