Just caught up with Hudon's " http://www.hudsonmusic.com/html_general/intheworks.html]in the works " page. One of them is a DVD from Greg Bissonette expected next January.

Quoth the rubric (bottom of the page):

"Gregg's DVD, which is tentatively titled, "Musical Drumming in Different Styles", will feature eight band tracks from Gregg's solo albums, in styles ranging from jazz, to funk, to latin, to swing. Gregg performs each one and discusses the stylistic elements that each one contains, and demonstrates ways to attain the skills needed to master a broad range of styles, as well as the importance of becoming comfortable with all kinds of music. Throughout the DVD Gregg stresses that the most important part of drumming is playing what's right for the music and that soloing has its place, but is far less important that being a musician and supporting the song and the music. Other topics include: The Gigging Drummer (advice for how to approach an audition, working with a band), Approaching Styles, Big Band Drumming and more."

Sounds like this one could well become a must-have.

There's a couple of clips on the Hudson site.
