My back hurts!!!!!!!!!

I don`t now how to sit right when I play. Sometimes when I play for a while my back hurts.
Anyone who had a tip?

So does mine.   Try to keep it straight when you lift gear also and get a nice throne.

The schlep is what kills me.

Make sure to get the rest of the band to carry the heavier pieces of equipment!!!
