Hardware Packs

I found two hardware packs that I am interested in basically because of the cost.  

1.) The Pacifc 800 series that comes with the double 402 pedal for 175.  Also comes with 800 series snare stand, Hi-hat stand and one boom stand.  All for $175

This sells for $175 also but does not have a double pedal but does have a straight and boom stand.

Any thoughts?  Expereince with these two series of Hardware.  Are they road worthy??
