Funny, never knew this as a function, I guess it pastes the last thing you had cut or copied, because mine is apparantly part of an email I was writing to appeal a parking ticket I got at work today, this is what came up when I  hit "CTRL V"

I had been parking in lot #8 when 9 is full and had not received a ticket or warning until today.
