What does W.Blk stands for?

Hi, I'm reading a drum book: "Charley Wicloxon - Modern Rudimental Swing Solos",
and on page 24, the "Corn Belt Jive" solo, there is a crosshair symbol with the "W.Blk" annotation above.

I'm not a drummer, but trying to program drums on logic pro x, so my question would be:
What does W.Blk refers to?

W. Blk stands for a Wood Block.

The swing solos make use of a 4-piece drumkit with cowbell, wood block and cymbals. All of these are standard instruments used in a "dance band" or big band setting, which is what the solos are written for.
