OK, I am battling a case of Tendonitis in my left wrist right now.

Caused by doing absolutely nothing--literally.

I was painting my house last weekend, and spent about 7 hours holding a small paint bucket in my left hand.  It thrashed my wrist!!  I guess just holding my hand in virtually the same position (with some tension-a bad thing!), for that long a time just killed it.

So let this be a lesson.  Even the most mundane tasks may cause injury if you're not thinking about it.

(oh, and pay someone else to paint your house!  ;D )

yeah -- stop being a cheap-o and pay someone! ;D

i'm feeling a weirdness in my right hand from bench pressing. they installed some groovy new equipment in our gym, but the handlebars are wider than before. that 16th" seems to have made a big difference, though, coz my hand is feeling funk-eh.

Yo, i suggested it on another post about Carpal Tunnel Syndroms but Powerballs are supposed to be very very beneficial for tendontis.  I have one and i have a bass player whos says it has cured the pain of his shoulder tendontis.
