Kenny Washington, born May 29, 1958 in Staten Island, New York, is an American jazz drummer, currently playing drums with the legendary jazz pianist, Ahmad Jamal.

Having grown up in the Stapleton Projects and attending P.S. 14, Washington went to study at the Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts.

Kenny Washington has performed with and played drums for the likes of George Cables, Betty Carter, Bill Charlap, Tommy Flanagan, Dizzy Gillespie, Benny Goodman, Johnny Griffin, Lionel Hampton, Lee Konitz, Curtis Lundy, Ronnie Mathews, James Spaulding, Sonny Stitt, Clark Terry, Bobby Watson, and Phil Woods.
